The organisational structure of CSC COMPAGNIA SVIZZERA CAUZIONI S.A. The Company has a very compact and highly qualified internal organisational structure; the Management is composed of the following sectors:
1. Commercial Service;
2. Risks Office;
3. Legal Department;
4. Accounting Department.

The Commercial Department has the task of developing commercial strategies taking into account the evolution of the markets and the needs of customers; this service has the function of appropriately managing the flow of demand from both customers and external collaborators; Its other task is to promote business development actions; In collaboration with the Legal department, the firm provides economic advice, management of IT services and data processing of economic and financial nature, the study, research, and analysis in economic matters, the consultation for companies on industrial and commercial strategies; the activities that can be carried out by our company are: commercial, industrial, real estate, construction consulting activities related to new business investments made or to be made both in Switzerland and abroad without excluding any foreign country, studies, research and analysis in economics, statistics, commerce, industry, real estate and construction, drafting of industrial plans, quantitive-qualitative control of production and related industrial costs with the application of its own and third-party methodologies, market research to define commercial and marketing strategies, commercial information and evaluation of the solvency of specific commercial, industrial, real estate and construction investments made by companies, Evaluation of the reasonableness of new industrial projects, real estate and construction projects, management of IT services and data processing of an economic and statistical nature, organising, holding, and coordinating seminars, symposia, meetings, plans and courses of study, staff training and education, advising on structure, industry and business strategies, studying, research and supply of technologies for the realisation of industrial plants, factories and production units on a turnkey basis, predisposition of studies of feasibility, determination of financial requirements as well as facilitated coverage, analysis of financial returns, analysis and evaluation of assets, patents and trademarks, sourcing, consolidation, transfer of corporate “know-how”, research and promotion of joint ventures, supply of logistics and organisational services, assisting operations of relocation of production, both throughout the entire process or in certain phases of it. Granting simple surety bonds or subject to a conditional clause to guarantee commercial, industrial, real estate, or constructions operations and so third parties obligations. Granting statements to pursue the economic, financially sustainable, and profitable rationality of the industrial, real estate, and/ or commercial investment.

The Risk Office has the function of assessing the risk in relations with clients within the framework of the activities carried out by the Company, that is, within the scope of commercial, industrial, real estate and building consultancy, studies, research and analysis on economic, statistical, commercial, industrial, real estate and building matters, and the drafting of industrial plans, quantitive-qualitative control of production and related industrial costs with the application of its own and third party methodologies, market research to define commercial and marketing strategies, commercial information and evaluation of the solvency of specific commercial, industrial, real estate and construction investments, evaluation of the reasonableness of new industrial, real estate and construction projects, management of computer services and data processing of economic and statistical nature, organisation, holding, coordination of seminars, consultancy in the field of structure and industrial and commercial strategies, study, research and supply of technologies for the realisation of industrial plants, factories and production units on a turnkey basis, predispositions of study of feasibility, determination of financial requirements as well as facilitated coverage, including facilitated ones, analysis of financial returns, analysis and evaluation of assets, patents and trademarks, retrieval, consolidation, transfer of company know-how, research and promotion of joint-ventures, supply of logistic and organisational services, assistance in operations of productive delocalisation both of the entire productive process and of some phases of the workings. Granting simple surety bonds or subject to a conditional clause to guarantee commercial, industrial, real estate, or constructions operations and so third parties obligations. Granting statements to pursue the economic, financially sustainable, and profitable rationality of the industrial, real estate, and/ or commercial investment.

The Legal Department has the task of examining legal, customs and tax issues in depth, following changes in case law and, above all, settling any disputes that may arise with clients; this Department assists the Commercial Department and the Risk Office where necessary; this Department, where deemed necessary, is assisted by experienced and trusted lawyers from outside the organisational structure and located in the countries where legal disputes arise. The Accounting Service has the task of fulfilling legal obligations in administrative and tax matters; it also deals with making and monitoring earnings from customers and payments to be made punctually to suppliers and collaborators; this Service is assisted by a professional trustee qualified in accordance with the law, outside the organisational structure, for the preparation of the annual accounts, the year-end statement, the annual tax declaration and in general to follow all the relationships with the various bodies and tax offices. It seems appropriate to reiterate that the Company, in carrying out all its activities, makes use of professionals and companies of professionals and consultants of proven reliability, seriousness, competence and effectiveness.
