In this case, CSC COMPAGNIA SVIZZERA CAUZIONI S.A. will communicate to the counterpart, in the form and manner provided by local regulations, the details of these professionals with whom the case will be settled.

The burden of the additional service, limited to the extrajudicial phase, will be at exclusive expense of CSC COMPAGNIA SVIZZERA CAUZIONI S.A.
