Notice in regards to the final evaluation of the industrial, real-estate, construction, or commercial investment which has been made or has to be made.

The final evaluation made from CSC COMPAGNIA SVIZZERA CAUZIONI S.A. on:

1. Rationality;
2. Sustainability;
3. Profitability

of the entrepreneurial investment of industrial, real-estate, construction, or commercial matter which has been made or has to be made following:

1. the in-depth investigation carried out by our company using the documentation received directly and/or indirectly throughout professionals;
2. the inspection carried out held at the customer or his trusted professionals from appointed-for professionals from our company to note facts, places, circumstances, and events;

Taking into account any further economic and/or technical and/or financial contributions from third parties, will be formalised by us in a written document called a declaration of solvency bearing our opinion on the reasonableness, sustainability, profitability of the industrial, commercial, real estate, construction investment in question. 

The evaluation will not be of confidential nature, and the customer will be able to send a copy to third parties.
